38G / P8 – Public Administration

The 38G/P8 public administration specialist (formerly related to 38G/4C Civil Administration) places emphasis on the structure and conduct of the indigenous government from national to local levels. This functional specialty provides advice and guidance for access to additional resources to augment the nationwide network of indigenous civil authorities to promote oversight, establish legislative and executive institutions and the processes of these institutions in the administration of governance, and be prepared to assume the administrative and supervisory roles of the national and subnational institutions and all other aspects of the development and operation of the apparatus of government.
