The 38G/P5 essential services specialist identifies positions requiring knowledge, experience, and technical expertise in immediate and sustainable social well-being. Essential Services concentrations include specialties in food relief, water security, sanitation, public works, power, education administration, public health, transportation/distribution, communications, and human dislocation and resettlement.
